What happens if my Virtual Assistant unexpectedly takes time off or requests a leave?
We constantly ensure that a team member is readily available to provide support in case of emergencies or any unexpected situations that may arise with your Virtual Assistant. Your Virtual Assistant will have a live working document that can be seamlessly handed over to another Assistant in case of an emergency
How do you track time?
All time is tracked, you only pay for the time your virtual assistant is actively working on your tasks. Your tracked time can be requested at any point, which shows how long each task took your assistant
What happens if I need more hours?
We built this business with you in mind, and as workloads continuously change, we pivot with your workloads. As your hours are running out, we will be in touch to discuss if you’d like to increase your hours, ensuring your virtual assistant can remain productive!
How do I communicate with my Virtual Assistant?
We are open to ways that work for you. Our clients usually message their Virtual Assistant via WhatsApp or email. Sometimes clients schedule a call with their VA or use Slack.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are 09:00-17:00 UK time.
When can we start?
Standard set up takes 48 hours, however, we understand you may need someone earlier than this, and have a process in place to get you started within the hour if needed
